Types of accommodations
Koh Phangan offers many fine resorts and hotels. Many of these accommodations has rooms with good standard, even if the prices is very fair. The cheapest style of accommodation is to rent a simple bungalow or a small house. (for people who stay a long time or expats) Many people though, prefer to stay in one of the hotels or one of the resorts on this island. You will find these on most beaches, but mostly around the following beaches; Had Rin Nok and Had Rin Nai in South Koh Phangan. Ao Ban Tai, Ao Ban Khai, Thong Sala and Had Yao on the West coast and finally around Ao Thong Nai Pan Noi on the East coast of the Phangan island.

Room and bungalow prices
A simple room or bungalow costs about 200 Baht and up per night, but then you will only have a bed, a simple toilet and a fan. A hotel room with air condition, a wider bed and hot water costs about 600 Baht and up. Some of these resorts also has a pool. A hotel room that also has a sofa and TV, fridge and sometimes a bathtub is from about 1500 Baht and up and a luxury room or suite is from about 3000 Baht and up per night.
